Welcome to Special Education and Learning Support!

Hi! My name is Debra DiSilvestro, and I teach Learning Support to grades K-5 at Trafford Elementary School.  I have been teaching Special Education in multiple facets, including Early Intervention Preschool, Emotional Support at the Middle School and High School levels, and Learning Support to students in grades K-12 since 2001.  I taught for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit #7 from 2001 to 2010.  I have been teaching within the Penn-Trafford School District since 2010, and have been teaching at Trafford Elementary since 2014.  I have degrees in Psychology, Early Childhood, Elementary, and K-12 Special Education from Seton Hill University.  I love teaching and supporting the students that I teach!
