Penn-Trafford School District was represented by thirteen students at the Westmoreland County 5th & 6th Grade Band Festival held at Huston Middle School on March 28th. The band was made up of students from across Westmoreland County and was conducted by local music teachers, including Penn-Trafford’s own Mr. David Cornelius.
