At Trafford Elementary School, second-grade teacher Mrs. Jamie Witek and Student Learning Assistant Mr. Tyler Lavelle are introducing the students to coding. In a recent lesson, the students practiced writing algorithms to make a cup robot.
“We are introducing the kids to coding in second grade this year,” commented Witek. “The kids are super excited to be a part of this new adventure!”
