In May, students at Trafford Elementary School enjoyed a unique art lesson that allotted them only 30-minutes to create a work of art. Teacher Mrs. Christoforetti instructed the students to make dragon eye relief sculptures using clay and glass beads. The students applied techniques they learned to create texture on the clay surface. “I’m very proud of the students for using creative problem solving to design a unique and original dragon eye while applying craftsmanship to finish their sculptures,” commented Mrs. Christoforetti.
