To acknowledge National Random Act of Kindness Week (the week of February 14), Trafford Elementary students practiced kindness by collecting movie-size boxes of candy to donate to the non-profit ‘Beverly's Birthdays’.
Beverly's Birthdays provides birthday cheer for children experiencing homelessness and families in need. Trafford students collected over 900 boxes of candy to help celebrate birthdays for local children that are in need.
Mrs. Sipple's 3rd-grade class brought in the most boxes of candy, earning a pajama day later this year.
